Basic Guide to Peptide Reconstitution

1. Gather supplies

Peptide vial, Bacteriostatic water, Syringes, Alcohol wipe

2. Open the vials

Remove the top plastic cap from both vials.

3. Disinfect

Disinfect the surface of the vials. using the alcohol pad provided

4. Bacteriostatic Water

Extract the amount of bacteriostatic water indicated in the product's Instructions for Use.

5. Mix

Keeping the peptide vial in a horizontal position. Inject the bacteriostatic water in a SLOW and controlled manner into the peptide vial

6. Dissolve the peptide

Gently rotating the vial or letting it sit for 20 minutes. Avoid shaking the reconstituted vial vigorously.

7. Store

Use or refrigerate the peptide. Never freeze the reconstituted peptide

Instructions for use Tirzepatide

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Peptide Preparation: Step-by-Step Guide
Before you begin: Wash your hands thoroughly.

Materials Needed:

  • Peptide vial
  • Bacteriostatic water
  • Insulin syringes
  • Alcohol swab

Steps:

  1. Preparing the vials:
  • Remove the plastic cap from both vials (the tirzepatide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial).
  • Disinfect the rubber stopper of both vials with the alcohol swab.
  1. Extracting the bacteriostatic water:
  • Use the insulin syringe to extract 0.4mL of bacteriostatic water from its vial.
  1. Mixing the peptide with water:
  • Hold the peptide vial horizontally.
  • Carefully and slowly inject the extracted bacteriostatic water into the peptide vial.
    • Note: It’s normal for the water to be quickly absorbed due to the vacuum in the vial.
  1. Dissolving the peptide:
  • Gently roll the vial between your hands to mix the peptide with the water.
  • Important: Avoid shaking the vial vigorously.
  • Alternatively, let the vial sit for 20 minutes to allow the peptide to fully dissolve.
  1. Storage:
  • Once dissolved, you can use the peptide immediately or store it in the refrigerator.
  • Never freeze the peptide.

INJECTION OF TIRZEPATIDE

Before injection:

  • Complete dissolution: Ensure the peptide powder has fully dissolved in the liquid, with no clumps remaining.
  • Clear solution: The solution should be clear and free of visible particles.

Application of the injection:

  • Subcutaneous route: The injection is applied under the skin, in a fatty area (such as the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm).
  • Insulin syringe: Use an insulin syringe to extract the correct amount of tirzepatide.

Tirzepatide Dosage:

  • Initial dose: Typically starts at 2.5 mg.
  • Dose increases: If necessary, the dose can be increased in increments of 2.5 mg each time, provided there is no significant weight loss within a 3-4 week period and the medication is well-tolerated.
  • Maximum dose: The recommended maximum dose is 15 mg.

Dose Equivalence Table:

15 (maximum dose)60

Important Notes:

  • Measured in units: The amount of tirzepatide to inject is measured in units, not milligrams.
  • Follow medical advice: Always follow your doctor’s instructions regarding dosage and injection frequency.
