General Return Policy:

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once the shipping carrier confirms possession of the package unless specific criteria are met.
  • Ultimately, The Peptides Company™ reserves the right to accept or deny returns and refunds at its sole discretion.

Partially Opened Items:

  • No returns or refunds: Due to our strict quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for partially opened products. All sales are final at our discretion once the original shipping packaging is opened.
  • Refunds for partially opened items will only be granted if the order was incorrectly fulfilled or if there is product damage upon opening (refer to the relevant sections below for more details).

Ultimately, The Peptides Company™ reserves the right to accept or deny returns and refunds at its sole discretion.

Order Fulfillment Errors:

  • Incorrect items delivered: If incorrect items are delivered due to our error, we will offer either a 100% refund of the purchase price OR a reshipment within 5 business days. Clear photos and videos must be sent to info@thepeptidescompany.com within 8 hours of delivery. A refund will be processed if the photos clearly show a product that does not match your order.

Broken or Damaged Orders:

  • Damaged items: If an order arrives broken, we will provide either a 100% full refund or a reshipment if the claim is submitted to us on the same day of delivery before 7:00 p.m. Photographic evidence of the unusable/destroyed product is required immediately after opening it. Photos of the damaged product taken after removing it from the original shipping packaging will not be accepted as proof of damage. The Peptides Company™ will determine the timeline for a reshipment.

Exchanges:

  • No exchanges: Due to our strict quality control over our products, we do not accept exchanges. If you have any questions regarding your options in case of dissatisfaction with your order, please contact us at info@thepeptidescompany.com.

Incorrect Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. In cases of address errors, we cannot guarantee delivery, and refunds will not be issued. Address changes can be made through our customer service at info@thepeptidescompany.com only before the package is shipped.
